Scan all documentation in one pdf, name the document your full name and ensure the following are included in your application before uploading (an email will pop up where you will attach the pdf):

1. Application;

2. 2 letters of reference;

3. Post-secondary school transcript from the institute, college, university, or school you are attending;

4. Completed FAFSA; and

5. Short essay question.
